The Ballroom
The Oswald Family’s original ballroom. Situated on the ground floor of the house, the ballroom overlooks Dunnikier Park. We can seat up to 90 guests for a sit down dinner or conference.

The Garden Room
The Garden Room holds many of the original Georgian house characteristics. The rooms plays host to two large ceiling to floor windows with views across Dunnikier Park, and the house’s original fireplace. This room can seat up 40 guests.
